Moov Up 2030 strategic plan

Groupe DERET presents its “Moov Up 2030” strategic plan to sustain growth.

Groupe DERET, recently announced an ambitious strategic plan to strengthen its positions on
all its activities.

This plan comes at a time when the Group has been carrying out major developments, notably
the acquisition of LOG’S in 2022, a major logistics player.

Presented to the Group’s 200 managers by Managing Director Lina Deret, the strategic plan
aims to double sales to €1 billion by 2030. It is based on three development axes, with the aim of responding more effectively to the specific needs of its customers:

1. Strengthen: boost the Group’s historic markets and services.
2. Conquer: target new sectors, requiring operational excellence and innovation.
3. Explore: develop new horizons by strengthening our presence in Morocco, particularly in the hospitality sector through our subsidiary Caphotel, and by expanding internationally to support the supply chain strategies of fast-growing customers.

Corporate Social Responsibility, a central pillar of GROUPE DERET’s strategic plan.

A pioneer in clean, last-mile transport with the Deret brand since 2009, the Group’s strengthened CSR commitments are based on 3 pillars:

1. Putting people at the heart of our projects: giving priority to quality of life and working conditions,
supporting talent and internal mobility, and promoting the Group’s commitment to
society and inclusion.

2. Co-construct a more sober and circular model: encourage responsible purchasing, eco-design and the responsible development of innovative offers in partnership with suppliers.

3. Responding to the environmental challenges of our activities: 100% employee awareness, preserving natural resources and biodiversity, reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 28% by 2030.

A group and 6 brands at the service of customers… and employees.

On her arrival at the head of the group in 2022, Lina Deret launched a transformation project within
Groupe DERET, while preserving the DNA of the brands. This project has resulted in the following:

– The creation of synergies to strengthen and support the appeal of the Group’s 6 brands, making them stronger in their markets.
– The strengthening of support teams and the creation of cross-functional functions within the Group:
Innovation, Commerce, CSR…
– The establishment of representative governance through an Executive Committee and the creation of a Strategic Council
– The launch of several initiatives to create links between employees and federate around
shared values.

The launch of Moov Up 2030 was an opportunity to affirm Groupe DERET’s raison d’être: “To surpass ourselves every day for sustainable performance that ensures peace of mind for all”.
